Estonia is closely monitored from abroad these days. Especially from Sweden and Estonia's other neighboring countries.

As for the foreign media image we often see headlines/titles referring to the Baltics while the article- or programme-content itself only refers to one single State - which might be either Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia.

There are obviously good reasons for Estonia to sharpen up its national identity, image and competitive edge abroad. And there are obviously equally good reasons for Estonia to carefully consider before messages are sent out by its politicians and high-ranking officials.
