The dark clouds shadowing the market for foreign investments in Estonia are gradually disappearing and Estonia's investment climate is now going through a change for the better.

"Investors are focusing on the future and Estonia's hard work and optimism for the future has been duly noted in the international investment community", said Jaan Männik, Eesti Pank's - Estonia's Central Bank's Chairman of the Board, in focus nr 1/2010.
