The first ever International Chambers' of Commerce Football Tournament
With around 100 players from 8 International Chambers of Commerce in Estonia taking part in the first ever International Chambers' of Commerce Football Tournament, Tallinn's Sportland
Arena has probably never before seen so many international football teams at one and the same time.
The Tournament took place Saturday, May 22nd and the 2010 Winning Team came from the British-Estonian Chamber of Commerce. Team I from The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Estonia conquered
the Silver Trophy followed by JCI – the Junior Chamber of Commerce in Estonia on the third place.
- We played as one team in a tactical way and that took us to the final, commented SCCE's Team Captain Pelle Lindberg. Teamwork is a key issue for any Swedish team, not only in sports but
also in our daily work. It simply means that, as an individual you are not more important than the whole team you cooperate with.

SCCE's Team II:
Fred Schmidt, Sander Tuulik, Heiko Tiits and Rando Tali, Santa Maria; Markko Varres, Anti Laas, Rait Rand, Roman Raivet, Kristo Uri and Aivar Sosi, Stoneridge.
The interest for taking part in the Chamber's Football Tournament developed early in the planning phase and was indeed overwhelming. The eight participating Chambers (The American and Swedish
Chambers of Commerce in Estonia, the British-Estonian, Danish- Estonian, Finnish-Estonian, German-Baltic and Spanish-Estonian Chambers of Commerce, and the Junior Chamber of Commerce in Estonia)
found it easy to get their teams together, and the Swedish and American Chambers could actually line up two teams each.

Second highest scorer: Janis Sepp, SCCE Team I
The Tournament also created sponsor interest among the Chambers' members. Sampo Pank powered the Tournament as main sponsor and in addition to SCCE's members Lextal, MAQS Law Firm,
Meriton Hotels and Rimi; A. Le Coq, Adidas, Altex, Coca Cola, Ergo, ForexBall, Fotki, FTr Consultants and HR Factory, lined up as sponsors to the Tournament and the Teams. Additionally,
Boomerang provided the shirts for SCCE's Team II and Meriton Grand Conference & Spa Hotel offered After Football Snacks & Drinks to special prices.

Best Goalkeeper: Pelle Lindberg, SCCE Team I
Thanks to the sponsors the tournament could also put up additional prizes to the players:
Fairest Team – The Spanish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce; Highest scorer - Richard Barnwell, British-Estonian Chamber of Commerce; Second Highest Scorer - Janis Sepp,
SCCE Team I; Most radical attacker - Alexander Sacharov, JCI Estonia; Best Defender - Reelika Vaher, Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce;
Best Goalkeeper - Per Lindberg, SCCE Team I;
Best Goal - Richard Barnwell, British-Estonian Chamber of Commerce.
The plan is to make the tournament a yearly event and judging from this year's interest, we might see even more teams lining up next year.
