The Swedish Embassy in Estonia is concerned about the current possibilities for Estonians to learn or improve their skills in the Swedish language. Obviously the Swedish language is not on the programme at many schools, while the need for Swedish speaking persons in Estonia is high and continues to increase.

The Swedish Embassy has made a questionnaire on the issue and has asked the SCCE to forward it to the members with a request for feedback.

The questionnaire is attached and Liina Kümnik, Information- and Cultural Secretary at the Swedish Embassy in Tallinn, would appreciate it if you would take some time for answering and commenting on the questions and return the questionnaire to: liina.kumnik@foreign.ministry.se
