The Nordic Council of Ministers' (NCM) Office in Estonia promotes cooperation between Estonia and the five so called old Nordic countries; Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland. The aim is to facilitate cooperation for mutual benefit, partnership on an equal footing and strengthening the Baltic Sea Region, which is fast becoming one of the strongest growth regions in Europe.
