- As is the case with many of my colleagues in the hotel business the work takes you around many different countries and places. In my case I have had the privilege of working at excellent hotels in Great Britain, Germany, Bahrain, the Peoples Republic of China and Russia-says Peter Knoll the General Manager for Tallinn's Schlossle Hotel and Hotel St. Petersbourg.
