Several SCCE members are non-Estonian citizens but citizens of an EU country and having a registered Estonian residency. If you belong to this group you are entitled to participate in the upcoming Estonian Local Government Council Elections, October 18th.

You are also entitled to run as a candidate for the Local Government Council of your permanent Estonian residence.

The Estonian Ministry of the Interior has sent out an information leaflet on the elections and your rights to participate. If you belong to the group described above you should have got their leaflet by now.
