image: Getting started 2015 Getting started 2015

For the fourth consecutive year, the Swedish and Finnish Chambers of Commerce in Estonia started up the new year's business season together. This time with a taste of the Caribbean spiced with Cuban rhythms at Radisson BLU Sky Hotel's Seasons Restaurant.

Once again we had a full house of participating members and again it became a very nice and cozy evening. Welcomed with a selection of Sunshine Cocktails from Altia we continued with a Caribbean Buffet specially made for us by Seasons Restaurant. We were consequently properly warmed up as the event management company Blu Drum presented the Cuban DJ N'Rike who introduced us to the rhythms and music soul of Cuba.

Sweden and Finland continue to be Estonia's two biggest partners in commerce, trade and investments. Our two countries represent nearly half of all foreign direct investments in Estonia and almost 1/3 of all Estonian exports of goods go to the Swedish and Finnish marketplaces.

On behalf of the SCCE Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Radisson BLU Sky Hotel's Season Restaurant, Altia and Blue Drum's DJ N'Rike for a very nice evening. My thanks also go to Kelli Püss and the Finnish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce for a good cooperation in arranging our joint business season kick-off. And last but not least, my thanks also go to all our members for creating a great kick off spirit throughout the evening.

Sincerely,

Kristiina Sikk

SCCE Ombudsman
