Regained competitiveness?

"The Baltic countries are regaining competitiveness and their recovery has come quicker than expected", said the Swedish Riksbank's Deputy Governor Lars Nyberg in an end of May presentation in Stockholm. As for Estonia, the economist David Oxley doesn't fully agree.

Eco-Cycle Economy

Recently published statistics show that Sweden keeps its position as a world leader in recycling. 70% of all Swedish packagings were recycled last year and Estonia is not far behind. At a recent seminar at the Swedish Embassy in Tallinn, recycling and eco-cycle economy were discussed by Estonian and Swedish experts.
