An After Business Hours Workshop on Health and Well-Being

Very welcome to a SCCE After Business Hours Workshop, where we will learn about the impact our lifestyle has on the heart and our body, and also get tips on what to do, as well as what not to do, to ensure health, well-being and life quality.

Dr. Anu Hedman and Dr. Veronika Palmiste-Kallion, both specialists from East-Tallinn Central Hospital will talk about the importance of a good life style, how our body reacts on different factors influencing our daily life, and they will also give us some simple and surprising tips on what is good, and what is not good, for our health, well-being and life quality.

The origins of yoga have been speculated to date back to pre-Vedic Indian traditions, but most likely it developed around the sixth and fifth centuries BCE. In the western world, yoga was introduced in the mid-19th century and has since grown in popularity. At this workshop, Sandra Sikk will give us an introduction to yoga and what effects it has on our body and soul.

Delicious and healthy food and drinks are of course also a must for our well-being. During our After Business Hours, we will enjoy a buffet with specially selected healthy dishes from Sushi Cat and RIMI together with a glass of Sea-Buckthorn Nectar from Semu.

Date and Time:

Tuesday 28 April, 17.00 – 19.00
