The dark clouds shadowing the market for foreign investments in Estonia are gradually disappearing and Estonia's investment climate is now going through a change for the better.

"Investors are focusing on the future and Estonia's hard work and optimism for the future has been duly noted in the international investment community", said Jaan Männik, Eesti Pank's - Estonia's Central Bank's Chairman of the Board, in focus nr 1/2010.

Foreign investments in Estonia are picking up again and at a Business Breakfast
SCCE will get an update presented by Mikael Orkomies, Martin Seppälä, Ahti Kuningas and Andrus Alber.

Estonia's Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications has developed
a business support system for both local and foreign businesses in Estonia.

10.10 - 10.30 Raising capital through Tallinn Stock Exchange
Andrus Alber - Chairman of the Management Board, Tallinn Stock Exchange
NASDAQ OMX Tallinn is the only regulated secondary securities market in Estonia. The Exchange brings together investors, listed companies wishing
to gain access to a host of capital resources and exchange's members, mediating securities transactions of the investors via common electronic trading system.
