In connection with the interactive May 13th conference Game Initiative Meetup, the Swedish Embassy in Tallinn invited to ‘Swedish Fashion Games by Xenia Joost’, a unique fashion show followed by a reception at the Embassy.

Xenia Joost is an Estonian fashion and lifestyle brand, delicately mending Slavic rough melancholy and pure Scandinavian moods, as reflected in Swedish brands such as Filippa K, Anna Holtblad, House of Dagmar and several others.

Creative industries form a growing and significant part of the overall global economy and Sweden is at the forefront of the development, backed by strong governmental support. There are 6 Swedish universities awarding academic degrees in game development, among them Uppsala University/Campus Gotland.

Today the Swedish fashion and gaming industries contribute to a significant part of Sweden’s exports to the tune of around SEK 130 billion.
