Trading House Scandinavia AB is the parent company of a textile group positioned as one of the leading producers in Europe of quilts, pillows, mattresses, beds and other filled polyether and polyester products.
Headquartered in Norrköping, Sweden, Trading House has production units in several countries with the biggest, Wendre, located in Pärnu. The company has sales offices in Sweden, England, Germany, France and Poland, and customers include the leading European chains in both furniture and home textiles.
Additionally, Trading House also owns two 18-holes championship class golf courses in Estonia; Saare Golf next to Kuressaare on Saaremaa, and the newly opened Pärnu Bay Golf Links, just south of Pärnu.
- I have a genuine interest in sports, especially golf and football, and my first company actually specialized in trading sportswear. Consequently, Saare Golf and Pärnu Bay Golf Links fit very well in our corporate business culture. As for football we are supporting Pärnu Linnameeskond, and I can also mention that I am the chairman of IFK Norrköping, a top team in Allsvenskan, the top flight of the Swedish football league system, said Trading House's founder and owner Peter Hunt, as SCCE's magazine focus met him for a talk in connection with the official opening of Pärnu Bay Golf Links, 25 September. A report from the meeting will be published in focus nr 3, 2015.
