Evocon helps manufacturing companies become more efficient by uncovering the unproductive resources in their manufacturing processes.
Nominated for the Swedish Business Awards 2015 in the Technological Innovation of the Year category, Evocon is the only OEE software solution which provides manufacturers with a tool to monitor the improvement projects they initiate so they would know what effect these activities have, what changes are working and what alterations are necessary.
In September this year, Evocon - the Estonian based IT service company with clients in 12 countries, covering over 600 production lines in over 70 production sites and in 11 different industries - announced a new cloud-based production efficiency software:
- Advancements in information technology now enable production managers to gain real-time information into their production process in a way that has never been possible before, says Aigar Koov, Managing Director at Evocon.
- Evocon allows access to cross-border information of different factories, real-time visibility of production operations, benchmark production lines and most importantly collaborate and share best practices of improvement activities. With our software, any efficiency increase in a factory can quickly be implemented in any other plant, resulting in a company wide improvement. This radically improves manufacturing processes by giving managers a platform for smart decision-making, explains Aigar Koov.
Evocon’s experience with manufacturers from a wide range of industries has proven that simple visualization of the production process can substantially improve the overall performance of a factory.
"Production efficiency up 15% after the first month,” said Henno Haava, Chief Production Planner of Saint-Gobain Glass after implementing Evocon in their factory. "A more transparent manufacturing in a second,“ Andrus Mölder, factory manager at Valio added.
To allow manufacturers to release the potential of an interconnected factory, Evocon will introduce the new cloud-based version of their software in the last quarter of 2015.
Evocon is inviting manufacturers to test the system with a one month free trial. The trial includes one measuring point, unlimited office users, and free tech support. All trials in 2015 will receive a 20% discount afterwards. Registration for the free trial is open through the company webpage at www.evocon.com.
