image: Health, Life Quality and Well-Being Health, Life Quality and Well-Being

Just in time for spring, summer and sunshine, the Swedish and Finnish Chambers of Commerce joined forces with East-Tallinn Central Hospital for an evening focusing on health, life quality and well-being.

- Eating for healthy bodyweight means building better nutritional habits by focusing on the root cause for obesity; to get rid of eating habits destroying health and wellbeing, said Henri Ruul, a registered dietitian working at East-Tallinn Central Hospital.

- With spring and summer coming up, less clothes are needed and changes on our skin, which we might have not focused on in the winter, start to show. This is the right time to check the condition of the skin and its readiness for tanning. Take note of new moles appearances and even the slightest changes in birthmarks, said Dr Airi Oeselg, a general surgeon at East-Tallinn Central Hospital.

Sandra Sikk and Helle Nurmsalu from Wellness Body & Beauty Salon, focused on the importance of tuning to our bodies.

- Yoga has helped people to get relaxed and feel comfortable since the sixth and fifth centuries BC, and it definitely still does, said Sandra.

- A too big stomach doesn't necessarily have to be connected to obesity. It might very well be so that the abdomen muscles have become slackened and there are good exercises for getting them in shape again, said Helle and showed an example on such an exercise.

Underlining this evening's theme on health, life quality and well-being, we could enjoy a delicious and healthy snack buffet including vegetables, falafel, hummus, fruit, and refreshing Semu Sea-Buckthorn Nectar.

On behalf of SCCE, I would like to thank Henri, Airi, Sandra and Helle for a couple of very interesting and captivating After Business Hours. My thanks also go to East-Tallinn Central Hospital and FECC for a very good cooperation in arranging our joint event, and to Semu for the refreshing Sea-Buckthorn Nectar.
