The Scandinavian Chambers of Commerce in Estonia met for yet another Scanworking Get-Together on Thursday evening 24 March. Scanworking is a series of informal after business hours for members and partners of SCCE, DECC and NECC where people are welcome to drop-in when it suits them best.
This Thursday evening 24 March 2022, we could look back at a month which has changed the world. It was not a coincidence that we had choosen Restaurant Odessa in Tallinn’s Old Town as the venue for this Scanworking Get-Together.
The restaurant is owned by a family from Odessa and their menu offers a wide variety of traditional Ukrainian food specialties and drinks. All of us got a couple of nice hours together and I would like to thank my colleagues Anneli and Sandra from DECC and NECC for a good cooperation in arranging our joint event. Photos from our evening together are available at SCCE’s Facebook page: www.facebook.com/SwedishChamberOfCommerceInEstonia
And finally, just a couple of hours before we met at Restaurant Odessa this Thursday 24 March, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, addressed the Swedish Parliament - the Riksdag via video link. Introduced by the Speaker of the Riksdag, Andreas Norlén, President Zelenskyy’s speech (simultaneously interpreted to English) is available at this link:
