For the third consecutive year, eight foreign Chambers of Commerce in Estonia join their forces for the Investors’ Summit, this year focusing on the future of Estonia’s labor market.

“As Estonia wants to position itself in the region as an innovative, IT-advanced and exporting economy, it is challenged to provide sufficient amount of highly qualified labour. Estonian economy is facing a dilemma of aging population and young students going abroad but more and more companies willing to grow and invest into their operations in Estonia.

USA and most European countries realize that in order to be successful retaining of highly qualified people is not enough.

Attracting new talent from other countries is essential and for that it is vital that they are met with a system and structure that make it attractive to come, work and live in the country. This years Investors Summit wants to discuss the advantages and challenges of smart immigration.

Is Estonia ready to open up more for foreign talent?”
