The wines of Italy will be the subject of the sixth lecture and tasting session at the SCCE’s Wine Academy, and this time we will meet at Claudio Richardson’s apartment in Tallinn’s Old Town, Thursday, October 24th. Claudio is manager for DHL Global Forwarding in Estonia and has a genuine passion for good food and wines.
Claudio, and Kristina Lupp, who also has a passion for good food and on top of that has a Master of Arts in Gastronomy, will cook for us this evening. Kristina has worked as a chef in Italy and is currently working as a private chef when client's want to serve their guests something extra in their homes. She is often supported by Gustaf Hertsius who selects the wines to make it a perfect occasion.
