"Estonia shows a decent growth with private consumption being the main driver," wrote SEB in their Eastern European Outlook published last autumn, and continued:

"As a small country positioned conveniently close to prosperous Nordic markets, exports play an important role in the Estonian economy. Exports as a share of GDP climbed fast after the crisis of 2008-2009, and currently make up 80% of the country's GDP."

At this Business Lunch, jointly arranged by the British, Danish, Finnish, German-Baltic, Norwegian and Swedish Chambers of Commerce in Estonia together with SEB, Daniel Bergvall, Economist at SEB Economic Research in Stockholm, will give us an update on the economy with a Nordic focus.
