The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Estonia and the Swedish Embassy have the pleasure to invite you to a Festival Picnic in connection with the Estonian-Swedish Song- and Dance Festival in Haapsalu, Saturday 2 July.
The Picnic
The Festival Picnic will take place in the Handicraft Barn at Iloni Imedemaa (Ilon's Wonderland), Kooli 5, Haapsalu, Saturday 2 June at 15.00-16.00, and is supported by Västerbottensost, Oriflame, Lindvalls and Semu.
Iloni Imedemaa is located just across the parking lot outside the Lossiplats entrance to the Festival Grounds at the Courtyard of Haapsalu’s Bishop Castle.
The Picnic is free-of-charge for members of the SCCE, but I need your registration for the Picnic as soon as possible and by Wednesday, 29 June latest; kristiina@swedishchamber.ee, (+372) 501 9813.
The Festival
The Estonian-Swedish Song- and Dance Festival 2016 takes place in the Courtyard of the Bishop Castle in Haapsalu, Saturday 2 July, at 11.00-20.00. The Festival program is available on this link (Swedish and Estonian languages): www.eestirootslane.ee.
There is no entrance fee and no registration is necessary for the Festival.
The Estonian-Swedish Song- and Dance Festival 2016 will be the third ever being arranged. The first Festival took place in 1933, and 80 years later, in 2013, the second Festival was arranged.
Transport
A free bus transport to and from the Festival will be available for members of the SCCE. The bus will depart from the Nunne parking lot in Tallinn (opposite Balti Jaam) at 09.00, Saturday 2 July and will depart Haapsalu for Tallinn when the Festival has finished. Please note that we have a limited amount of seats available and registrations, which I need by Wednesday 22 June latest, will be handled on a first come, first served basis: kristiina@swedishchamber.ee, (+372) 501 9813.
