The time has come to put the festive season’s Julskinka, Julkorv, Julmust and Midnight Champagne to the memory lane. It’s time for something new on the dinner table. Something hot and spicy, counteracting the winter temperatures!
During these SCCE After Business Hours, Khampan Pukdangpan, Head Chef at Tallinn’s Restaurant NOK NOK, will introduce us to the Thai food culture and, guided by him, we will also get the opportunity to cook a Thai dish ourselves.
We will begin with tasting Khampan Pukdangpan’s Tom Kha Gai Soup and then we will move to the kitchen and get ready for our cooking session. We will create and enjoy the spicy Thai dish Kang Phed Ped Yang - roasted duck breast with red curry paste in coconut milk with pineapple, grape, cherry tomato and basil. Our culinary excursion to the Thai cuisine this evening will end with NOK NOK’s Home Made Spicy Ice Cream.
